Orders are shipped via USPS.
Due to these freshies being made to order, they are not returnable or refundable.
If there is an issue or it arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order per USPS/UPS.
Freshies are handmade and may differ slightly in color, this is not an accepted reason for a return.
Paint may crack in excessive heat. Glitter may chip in excessive heat.
Returns will not be given if still within stated turnaround time.

All ready to ship items ship within 1-5 business days, but usually same/next day!
Customs are 14-21 business day turnaround time.
Sub Boxes ship on the 10th of each month.
Waffles follow under customs.
